You get both yellow robots by throwing toon holes in front of them,
and Bonkers is for the most part OK.
Unfortunately, you learn that the case has stalled because there
are no more toon robots to pursue. You waited for another lead,
but when the Scribbler made his next move, nobody was ready,
and he got away scot-free. Depressed, you go back to the
Academy for another year.
