In a Bugs Bunny-like way, you use the paintbrush and paint to make
a toon train tunnel. A train comes crashing out of the tunnel and
takes down the yellow toon before he can react- and Ludwig von Drake.
You notice that while Von Drake unflattens himself, the yellow toon
doesn't- because it's a remote controlled robot!

Hastily reporting this to Grating, you suddenly hear you've gotten
a demerit for putting Von Drake in danger with the train, even though
he's a toon- some obscure regulation about "endangering the public".
Depressed, you head to the 34th for a briefing.
